Application Information for Private Alternative Loans
Complete the Supplemental Graduate Loan Questionnaire and indicate the requested loan name and amount for the private alternative loan. A Supplemental Graduate Loan Questionnaire is a supplemental form for graduate student aid at GW and must be submitted each time a private alternative loan is requested.
If the student is simultaneously requesting new or additional federal loan amounts, indicate these on the same Graduate Loan Questionnaire and return it to our office. The detailed information provided on this supplemental form will enable us to process the application correctly and for the loan period of the student’s choosing.
