In order to resolve this issue and move forward with an evaluation of your financial aid eligibility, please complete the Name/SSN/DOB Update Form (available in the forms section on https://registrar.gwu.edu/), and submit it to the Office of the Registrar with appropriate documentation as stated on the form.  You may also contact the Office of the Registrar at registrargwu [dot] edu (registrar[at]gwu[dot]edu) or 202-994-4900. Please note that the Registrar's office will require that you upload a copy of your social security card as well as a photo ID to this request (Driver's license, Passport, GWorld Card, etc).  They will not proceed without this.
